Amanda Dainis, PhD, MPA

CEO and Lead Psychometrician

Amanda is the founder of Dainis and Company. She holds a PhD in Assessment and Measurement as well as a Masters' in Public Administration, both from James Madison University. Amanda is a lead psychometric assessor for the ANSI / ISO 17024 standard, and the principal investigator for research studies addressing teen pregnancy prevention. Dr. Dainis calls the Shenandoah Valley home, but travels the world helping organizations develop certification programs and navigate the accreditation process.

Meranda Lokey, CPMA

CFO and Lead Administrator

Meranda is our Chief Financial Officer / Lead Administrator and manages all of the financial aspects of the company.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communication from West Virginia University. Meranda is certified in project management by the Project Management Institute, and she has extensive experience in managing multi-faceted projects. Meranda also calls the Shenandoah Valley home and spends her spare time enjoying her family’s active sports life.

Kathy Tuzinski, MA

Senior Psychometrician

Kathy is our Senior Psychometrician. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with an emphasis in measurement and statistics. Kathy is an assessor for the ANSI / ASTM E2659 standard for certificate programs and founder of Human Measures, a company that helps individuals and organizations measure and understand their human talent. She is also an I/O consultant to companies seeking assistance with job analysis / competency modeling, test development and validation, and legal requirements for employee selection procedures. Kathy lives in Minneapolis, MN.

Brittany Bono, Mph

Senior evaluator

Brittany is our Senior Evaluator and Chief Excel Wiz. She assists in the development of research methodology and design, as well as instruments required to carry out evaluation plans. Brittany holds a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University School of Public Health and an undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Johns Hopkins University. She has specialized knowledge and interest in data analysis and reporting, women’s health, and social justice. Brittany lives in Richmond, VA.
